Sporting Shop is offering you the “SATISFIED or REFUNDED” warranty, according to
D.Lgs.22 May 1999 n° 185, so that our customers have the right to refuse the goods,
specifying no reason why, within 10 days from receipt of goods.
You can assert your right by sending a recorded delivery letter with advice of delivery
to Sporting Shop viale delle Nazioni, 97, 48100 - Marina di Ravenna (RA).
You can also send a fax to n° 0544 531452, followed by the above recorded delivery
letter withing 48 hours.
The returned goods costs are completely at customers’ expense, C.O.D. parcels will
not be accepted, customers must give the goods back in their original boxing and,
after receiving the goods in their best conditions, we will credit the whole amount
to the customer as soon as possible, as stated in the packing list.
The customer has the right to cancel his order withing 24 hours on confirmation
e-mail receipt by sending an e-mail.
Moreover, Sporting Shop will take care in refunding the refused goods expenses within
14 days .

the nature of complains.
